Homeowner Dues
Homeowner Dues
Currently, member dues for Johnson Farms Phase I are $200.00 per year. Dues are used to maintain common area taxes and upkeep; pay public utilities such as water, gas and electricity; fund HOA accounting services; provide insurance coverage; and maintain upkeep of any building, property or easement owned by the association. Dues are assessed in January of each year and are due by the end of February.
