The Governing Documents listed below, are referred to as Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) and ByLaws.  These documents are set forth as property rights and responsibilities for Homeowners in the Johnson Farms Phase 1 Addition. Purchasing your property was contingent upon your accepting these terms and conditions as presented by your realtor or lendor.  They are numerous and very specific so, if you have questions, please contact a Board Member for clarification.  

Additionally, the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) Application is available to assist Homeowners who wish to modify the design of their home, add structures such as outbuildings or solar panels.
